Pixlr is a photo editor that both beginners and professionals use to make and share their creative work. It allows users to edit both on a desktop and on-the-go with a mobile application, as well as transferring your data to an internet browser for future usage. Many people such as beginners, content creators, artists, and professionals use this app to create and display their skills as an innovative individual.
This was also another project that I created during my time as an intern at HopeWorks. Just like other projects, this one allowed me to tap into my creative side and see how far I could go with having creative freedom over my work, and being able to develop my own unique style when editing pictures. The project below shows the image I used for my self-portrait, which display a before and after effect during the editing process.

Results and Takeaways
Utilizing Pixlr has given me another resource to add to my disposal as an artist, and one that I enjoy too. Similar to Canva, it gives the user a wide range of creativity when it comes to designing and editing images. Whether it’s a self-portrait, a logo, or even an image from somewhere on the internet, it gives the user the freedom to really do what they want without being limited.
